ZITO is the newest addition to the Oldies 103.3 team. He comes to Oldies 103.3 from spending five years doing “Zito and Jen in the Morning” at WXLO-FM 104.5 in Worcester. Prior to that he did stand up and writing for Steve Sweeney on CBS Radio’s WZLX-FM 100.7. Zito’s professional experience also includes Mornings on Detroit’s Hot AC, Planet 96.3 FM and two years at WCLB-FM, now WKLB-FM. He began his radio career at WZOU-FM as a comedy sidekick, later to become co-host and executive producer of the “JR in the Morning Show.” It all began for Zito in the 1980’s comedy boom in Boston. He still appears at Dick Doherty’s Beantown Comedy Vault every Thursday night.
